| What is Halal? |
Halal is an Arabic term meaning "permissible", and in the English language, most frequently refers to food that is permissible according to Islamic law. While slaughtering animals according to the Islamic law is the milestone of producing Halal food, the concept of Halal, however, is not limited to this aspect alone, but goes beyond it - even with respect to maintenance, fodder and hygiene.
Challenges and Commitments
Providing Real Halal food is one of the biggest challenges in the region, especially since the Arab/Muslim World imports large amount of meat from non-Islamic countries where electric stunning of animals is a conventional practice.

In order to ensure that quality Halal foods are made available to its consumers, ALISLAMI has exerted tremendous efforts and has succeeded to procure special permits from some of these countries to slaughter animals according to the Islamic tenets. ALISLAMI continues to monitor the whole process - starting from production line to packing and shipping - to ensure that everything is conducted as per the Islamic Sharia.

ALISLAMI is also committed to monitoring all ALISLAMI products such as burgers, sausages, kebabs, minced meat, samosas, and many more. It always ensures that the ingredients used to make these products are also completely Halal. All these untiring efforts and unswerving commitments have helped ALISLAMI gain the trust of millions of consumers around the world.
